Mrs. Stone was an absolute sweetheart and pleasure to work with. She listened to our needs and wants. She worked within our budget and kept us updated on important details. Our vacation consist a multi destination vacation from LA- Hawaii- San Francisco. She even called to make sure we made it to our destination safely. I would definitely recommend her again for future travel needs.
Everything went so smooth, we had stayed at the Blue Bay Esmeralda in Playa del Carmen 6 months prior, I requested being put in the same room/location as before. Dr-Angela Stone emailed the resort and they came through with another great room. Mrs. Stone was always there with a fast response whenever I had a questions about travel plans.
My experience with Travel Well Concierge was awesome. She is very knowledgeable about the different hotels and has a lot of patience. I wanted to go New Orleans for my birthday and take the train with my family. She made that happened. I just gave her the dates and how many people coming she took care of the rest. She even has a pick up service to get us to and from the train station. She made suggestions for the excursions. Because of Travel Well Concierge I had the best birthday with no stress. Definitely 5 stars
My 1st experience with Travel Well Concierge has been amazing! Angela was my agent (The Best) handling my reservations for our family trip to Disney World. Angela is so professional and friendly.
